Being flexible during a photo session can sometimes be JUST the thing needed to make that session a success. That really hit home with me in 2010 when my goal was to photograph a beautiful sunflower. As I was focusing on the center of the flower, I saw some movement out of the corner of my eye. I swung my camera and snapped. I captured a tiny little ladybug scurrying up a flower petal, and then within a millisecond of this photo capture, she was on the back side of the flower.
