If your layout just needs a little something extra, these templates are for you. I really like the way the templates can be customized to suit your needs by using all or just some of the layers, clipping papers and/or adding elements.

This layout by Linda uses one of the borders from Set 10. She kept just the base layer, rotated it vertically and clipped papers and paint from This Is Me June to create a base of waves for her page. She used the painted border to extend the watery look of the layout to the top of the page. The clusters on both sides are balanced and the large title works so well with the photo extraction and the theme of the layout.

Glori used the same border for a completely different look. She also used This is Me June.  She clipped papers to the border layers and added one of the kit flowers to the center. She used the dots from one of the borders across the top of her page but replaced the border elements with flowers and leaves from the kit. I like the combination of the large blended photo with the smaller framed photos. The titlework is placed into the perfect empty spot of the border.

Carina clipped papers to the layers in one of the borders from Set 10. She added the sweet, purple flowers on top and the leaves underneath to mimic the look of the background paper she chose from a kit by Kimeric Kreations. I like the selective framing of the sweet photo and the creative titlework, combining a font with an alpha.

Jenni used the same border combining it with the Bucket List Collection. She kept some of the layers, clipping white paper to the main layer. She filled the layers beneath with orange papers and extended the swirls with leaves from the kit. I like the way she scattered the orange berries throughout her page. Adding the large daisies to opposite corners moves the eye diagonally across the page. The journal card is tucked into just the right spot in the layout.

The solid blue background paper really shows off the border chosen by Jenny. She used a kit by Alexis Design Studio. Clipping the white paper to the border layer gives it a lacy appearance. She retained a few of the layers and added contrasting papers to them. Adding in the kit flowers and leaves fills out the border beautifully and makes it the perfect foundation for her photo. The paper strip and bit of lace on the opposite side of the page balances the border. Attaching the word strip with the button is a clever touch.

I’ve come to the end of my post hoping to have inspired you with the versatility of these border templates. Thanks for reading along and have a creative week!
