Happy Monday and Happy Halloween. I hope I inspired you with Halloween projects last week! Today I’m back on the blog to display more layouts featuring SnickerdoodleDesigns’ gorgeous Harvest Sunset Collection.

I really love the rich and varied colors in this collection. In my mind they mimic the colors of the sunset perfectly.

Enjoy Every Sunset by Jenni is breathtaking from the photo to the page design. She chose the perfect background paper and I really like the way she left the seagull without a shadow so it appears to be part of the paper. Using the shelf to support all her embellishments is a clever touch. I love the way she offset the frame and how the photo sits on top, without quite filling the frame. Her clusters are so pretty and the slightly tilted journal cards complete her horizontal design. The quote she chose to serve as her journaling is lovely and supports her theme.

Here’s another beauty from Glori2, Dahlia Pacific Ocean. Her background paper, including the addition of the gulls, as well as the brush work, is the perfect foundation for her gorgeous photos. I love the masking and the delicate framing with the smaller framed photo placed on top. Her cluster, including that adorable bird, is stunning. The addition of the word strips is a delightful touch, and her journaling and title work complete the layout perfectly.

The photo in this layout by Kay is so beautiful the page needs little adornment. The large cluster and single journal card add to the design without distracting. The fox sitting atop the rock seems to be enjoying the sunset, as is the owl on his perch. I notice that almost every layout uses either this adorable fox or the equally darling bird.

Mrottler used the collection for an entirely different theme, but the results are equally gorgeous. The background paper with the flower brush is part of the collection. The colors of the collection work perfectly with the photo of these two darling girls. I really like the way she stitched down the photo and her vertical clusters along the edge of the photo and at the bottom of the page are impressive.

Finally, I’d like to show you a layout by Anita which showcases yet another beautiful layout of a sunset. I love all the angles in her design. The tucked papers and journal card are a great touch, and the clusters she created framing the entire layout are remarkable.
