Notezilla
Instead of sharing a photo tip this week, I would love to share with you a new-to-me program that has really helped keep me organized! The name of this software program is Notezilla. I have no affiliation with them… I just think it’s a really helpful program!
I used to keep Sticky Notes EVERYWHERE to remind me of tasks, until I learned about digital Sticky Notes. (Digital Sticky Notes).
I used digital Sticky Notes for several years; and although they were very helpful, I found myself wanting a slightly more robust Sticky Note System. That is when I discovered Notezilla.
Notezilla works on the same principle as Sticky Notes. You can create a note on your desktop and write on it to remind you of tasks. However, Notezilla can do a lot MORE than that. One of the important features to me is that you can pin Sticky Notes to your Desktop so that they are “always on top” – for me that means I don’t have to close windows to find the note I am looking for. And truthfully, if the note is not right there staring me in the face, I’m likely to forget about it! I can add a Sticky Note to a website that I visit – and when I return to the site, the note will still be there. AMAZING! And there is soooo much more! Even so, it’s very simple to use!
Notezilla is a paid program ($29), while Sticky Notes if a free Windows program. You might not need all of the features of Notezilla, but then again you might! So take a look yourself to see what this program can do! Features of Notezilla.
I have Notezilla 8 (without Cloud), although there is a Cloud version available (for a yearly fee).
Again, I am not affiliated with Notezilla in any way. I just love the program and hope you, or someone you know, might find it helpful too!

Thanks Karen for sharing your tips ! Personally, I’m using a paper planner because when I physically write something, I memorize it instantly. And as I have a visual memory, I’m using color codes too.
